Terms and Conditions

 

1. Acceptance & General Use

By joining LegacySMP or using our store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These rules apply to all players. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

 

2. Player Conduct (Rules)

  • Fair Play: Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized mods is strictly prohibited.

  • Respect: Harassment, toxicity, racism, or any form of hate speech will result in an immediate ban.

  • Griefing: Unless specified by the game mode, destroying other players' work is not allowed.

  • Staff Authority: Staff decisions are final. Disrespecting staff may lead to sanctions.

 

3. Virtual Goods & Store Policy

  • Nature of Goods: All items, ranks, and currencies are virtual digital goods. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for "real" money.

  • No Refunds: All purchases are final. By completing a transaction, you waive your right to a refund.

  • Chargebacks: Attempting a chargeback or disputing a payment via PayPal/Stripe will result in an automatic and permanent ban from the server and store.

  • Delivery: Most items are delivered in-game within 15 minutes. If an issue occurs, please contact us via Discord with your proof of purchase.

 

4. Bans and Purchases

If you are banned for breaking the rules (see Section 2), you are not entitled to a refund for any ranks or items purchased. Buying a rank does not grant you immunity from the rules.

 

5. Liability & Service

  • "As-Is" Basis: We provide the server "as is." We are not responsible for lost items due to bugs, glitches, or server resets.

  • Uptime: While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee the server will always be available.

  • Security: You are responsible for your own Minecraft account security.

 

6. Mojang & Microsoft Disclaimer

LegacySMP is NOT an official Minecraft product. We are not approved by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. All purchases go toward supporting the server's maintenance and development.
